Most orders are processed and shipped the same day if placed before 2pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will ship the following Monday.

We want you to love your candles! It's hard to pick a scent online without knowing if you will like it. So, If you purchase a candle and just don't like it, submit a return request in your account so we can send you one you do like.

Be sure to trim the wick to 1/8 to 1/4 inches before lighting. This prevents tunneling and a slower even burn.
Don't burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
To prevent fire and serious injury only burn your candle within your sight.
Keep away from drafts and vibrations as this can affect how the burns, and possibly cause a fire.
Only burn the candle on a level sturdy surface away from other objects to prevent them from catching fire.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Keep the candle free of debris and foreign materials including, but not limited to, wick trimmings and matches as they can catch fire.
