Wholesale Terms

Lead Times

The lead time for you to receive products is 1-3 weeks depending on current supply and shipping times to your location. Large orders containing over five hundred products may take longer. Please inquire about lead times before placing your order if you have any specific delivery needs.

Pricing

Reseller pricing is 50% off the suggested retail price at the time you place an order. Please be aware that prices are subject to change at any time.

Payments

Payments are due at the time of the order unless other credit arrangements have been made in advance.

Mossberry Woods accepts payments in the form of cash, check, all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

Checks can be made payable to Mossberry Woods LLC. All returned checks will incur a fee of $25.

Taxes

As a reseller, you are responsible for collecting and paying any state and local sales taxes on all Mossberry Woods products you sell at your store to your state’s taxation authority. Please contact your state’s taxation department for information about the current laws in your state.

Shipping and Delivery

Final shipping costs are calculated based on the address the items are shipped to at the time of shipment. 

Local Delivery is available to businesses in the Binghamton and surrounding areas. Please include a note with your order if you have a preferred delivery date and time.

Damages and Returns

Orders are shipped with insurance to cover the cost of the products should damage occur during shipping. Please inspect all shipments for any damage before the carrier leaves. If products do arrive to your store damaged, please send us an email within five business days with photos of the damaged products and the packaging. If we determine the items are damaged, we will replace any damaged items at no cost to you within 10 business days. At this time, Mossberry Woods does not currently issue refunds for damaged items.

Additional Terms

Products may not be sold at online or at in-person marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, ebay, festivals, craft fairs, etc.) without written permission from Mossberry Woods. Products may be sold on your business’s website at the manufacture's suggested retail price.

Products may be sold in-store or on our website for prices less than MSRP if you are having a temporary store-wide or category-wide sale and the sale is advertised as a store-wide or category-wide sale. For example, you cannot advertise or specify a “Mossberry Woods candle sale,” but you may have a “candle sale” that includes other candle brands that you sell.
