Your happiness is important to us, and we want you to love your candles! Perhaps you didn't like the scent of the candle you purchased. Hey, it happens! Let us make it right!

Mossberry Woods will issue store credit for any items that you return to us within 60 days of purchase that are unused, undamaged and it's original packaging, no questions asked.

To start your return, please send an email to with your name, phone number, and order number for instructions on how to send us your items. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund, less the cost of initial shipping charges. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided on the order. 


The easiest and fastest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return as stated above and request a refund for the unwanted item. Then place a new order on our website for the item you do want.

Replacements for Items Damaged During Shipping

While we do everything in our power to ensure your items are securely packaged, once your order is shipped, it is placed into the care of our shipping carrier. If your items arrived to you damaged or defective, first, please accept our apologies.

Please be sure that the photos are clear enough so that we can see the damage that took place. Providing as much information as possible in your email about the damage will ensure you receive your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
