Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States and domestic APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

If you are shipping to the Midwest or West Coast, please give yourself some extra time for your items to reach you. You may also choose from several expedited shipping options during checkout.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped the same day if placed before 12:30pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will ship the following Monday.

When will I receive my order?
Once your shipment is delivered to the carrier, shipping time depends on your shipping location, but it’s typically within 2-5 business days. Please note that USPS and UPS no longer guarantees shipping times unless you choose an expedited shipping method. West coast orders may take longer to reach you. Do you offer local delivery in the Binghamton area?
Yes! Mossberry Woods is located in Vestal, NY. We will gladly deliver your order to
you if your delivery address is located in the surrounding areas. During checkout, enter your shipping information, and if delivery is available, choose the Free Delivery option.

For the best burn experience, a little care goes a long way.

Before You Light:

Trim your wick to 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch before every burn. This helps prevent tunneling, reduces soot, and ensures a slow, even burn from the first light to the last. Be sure not to trim your candle too short, or it may not stay lit.

Remove any wick trimmings, matches, or debris from the wax before lighting because these can catch fire and create a safety hazard.

While Burning:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
• Burn on a level, heat-safe surface clear of surrounding objects, fabrics, or anything flammable.
• Avoid placing your candle in drafty areas or spots prone to vibration, as this can cause uneven burning and increase fire risk.
• Limit burn time to 3–4 hours at a sitting to maintain fragrance quality and extend the life of your candle.

When to Stop:

Distinguish the flame when 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom. Burning beyond this point can overheat the container and cause the glass to break.
