To ensure you get your order in time for the holidays please place your order by 12:30pm for the following:

Thanksgiving: November 19, 2025
Hanukkah: December 8, 2025
Christmas and Kwanzaa: December 19, 2025

If you are shipping to the Midwest or West Coast, please give yourself some extra time for your items to reach you. You may also choose from several expedited shipping options during checkout.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped the same day if placed before 12:30pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will ship the following Monday.

When will I receive my order?
Once your shipment is delivered to the carrier, shipping time depends on your shipping location, but it’s typically within 2-5 business days. For more details about shipping times please visit our shipping page.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, and domestic APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We split the shipping cost with you for USPS ground advantage!

Do you offer local delivery in the Binghamton area?
Yes! Mossberry Woods is located in Vestal, NY. We will gladly deliver your order to
you if your delivery address is located in the surrounding areas. During checkout, enter your shipping information, and if delivery is available, choose the Free Delivery option.

We want you to love your candles! It's hard to pick a scent online without knowing if you will like it. So, If you purchase a candle and just don't like it, submit a return request in your account so we can send you one you do like.

Be sure to trim the wick to 1/8 to 1/4 inches before lighting. This prevents tunneling and a slower even burn.

Don't burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time.

To prevent fire and serious injury only burn your candle within your sight.

Keep away from drafts and vibrations as this can affect how the burns, and possibly cause a fire.

Only burn the candle on a level sturdy surface away from other objects to prevent them from catching fire.

Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

Keep the candle free of debris and foreign materials including, but not limited to, wick trimmings and matches as they can catch fire.
