Mossberry Woods is located in Vestal, NY. We will gladly deliver your order to you if your delivery address is located in Vestal, Endicott, Endwell, Apalachin, Johnson City or Binghamton.

We want you to love your candle! If you purchase a candle and just don't like it, we understand! Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. We will refund the purchase price (less original shipping costs) you paid for the item. Then, you can order one you do like. No questions asked. No need to return the old candle.

Mossberry Woods will issue refunds of the purchase price for any items that you return to us within 60 days of purchase that are unused, undamaged and it's original packaging, no questions asked.

Be sure to trim the wick to 1/8 to 1/4 inches before lighting. This prevents tunneling and a slower even burn.

Don't burn the candle for more than 2-4 hours at a time.

To prevent fire and serious injury only burn your candle within your sight.

Keep away from drafts and vibrations as this can affect how the burns, and possibly cause a fire.

Only burn the candle on a level sturdy surface away from other objects to prevent them from catching fire.

Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

Keep the candle free of debris and foreign materials including, but not limited to, wick trimmings and matches as they can catch fire.
