Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States and domestic APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

If you are shipping to the Midwest or West Coast, please give yourself some extra time for your items to reach you. You may also choose from several expedited shipping options during checkout.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped the same day if placed before 12:30pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will ship the following Monday.

When will I receive my order?
Once your shipment is delivered to the carrier, shipping time depends on your shipping location, but it’s typically within 2-5 business days. Please note that USPS and UPS no longer guarantees shipping times unless you choose an expedited shipping method. West coast orders may take longer to reach you. Yes! Mossberry Woods is located in Vestal, NY. We will gladly deliver your order to
you if your delivery address is located in the surrounding areas. During checkout, enter your shipping information, and if delivery is available, choose the Free Delivery option.

How to Use Your Wax Melts

Place 1–2 wax melts in your wax melter to fill your space with fragrance. For a stronger scent, simply add more melts to suit your preference.

When the scent fades, the wax is ready to be swapped out — it won't evaporate, so you'll need to remove and discard it before adding fresh melts.

Always follow the operating instructions included with your wax melter, as melt times and settings vary by model. Our wax is formulated with a higher melt point to ensure a longer, more even scent throw — so don't be surprised if it takes a little time to fully liquefy. Electric melters tend to work faster, while tea light or non-electric melters may take a bit longer to reach a full melt.

A few safety reminders:

• Never leave a burning tea light unattended or within reach of children or pets.
• Keep your melter on a stable, heat-safe surface away from flammable materials.
• Do not add water or fragrance oils to your wax melt dish.
